Position Overview
Remove correct product from department stock shelves per Work Order Material Pick List, perform inventory and scrap transactions in the company MRP software and inventory management. Replensih/Supply material to assembly cells as scheduled. Manage Kanban and maintain inventory accuracy. Must have PC skills, the ability to count and weigh parts, and be able to correctly read company documentation.
Essential Job Functions
- Enter transactions into the company-wide LAN
- Auto issue at the time parts are kitted
- Auto WIP after parts are built and packed
- Remove correct parts from inventory shelves according to Work Order Material Pick List
- Replenish and/or supply material to assembly cells as scheduled
- Remove finished goods, verify quantity, and finish packaging steps
- Kanban management
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Must be able to count and/or weigh product
Requirements
- Ability to operate a computer to the degree trained.
- Ability to be trained.
- Ability to continuously lift up to 25 Lbs.
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to read an interpret company documentation correctly
